RECIPE AT DIFFERENT STAGES IN DYEING COTTON FABRIC:

Process of Polyester/Cotton (p/C) Fabric dyeing:

  1. At offset the Polyester Part dyeing same every bit Polyester Dyeing.
  2. Then the Cotton Part dyeing same every bit Cotton Dyeing.
Dyeing Procedure of polyester fabrics amongst Curve:

Cotton Dyeing Steps amongst Curve:

Required sum of H2O was taken into the machine

The stuff was loaded together with run for 5-10 minutes inward normal temperature

CK-2,D-600/C,SQ-12UD together with PH-100 (Scouring Chemicals) were added at a fourth dimension for five minutes
↓
Caustic was added at normal temperature for five minutes
↓
Temperature increased at 600C
↓
Hydrogen per Oxide(H2O2)was added for five minutes
↓
Temperature increased at 950C together with come about for 1 hrs
↓

Cold launder at 400C for 5-10 minutes

Hot launder at 950C for 5-10 minutes

Croak-N was added

    Water was filled at required sum
    ↓
    PH depository fiscal establishment gibe at 6.5
    ↓
    (C.W.S) softener was added
    ↓
    Final shades depository fiscal establishment gibe together with run for twenty min
    ↓
    Unload the dyed stuff
