Garment Washing: An Effective Process for Beautification of Garments (Part-5)

4.3.6 Hand whicker:
Hand whickering is the launder where afterwards washing the garments, the garments are brushed alongside emery newspaper past times manus placing on a pattern made past times using wire or piping on wooden board.

Step 1: Desizing

Recipe:

Soda ash : 250gm
Antistant : 50gm
Time : 15min
Temperature : 600c

Procedure:
A lot size of five kg garments was considered. Water was added at the charge per unit of measurement of 1:5 liquor ratio i.e. 25 kg water.

At start the machine was started running.
Soda ash was added.
Antistant was added.
The procedure was continued for xv min at a temperature of 600c.
Then the liquor was dropped

Step 2: Enzyme wash

Recipe:

Acetic acid : 20gm
Antistant : 20gm
Powder enzyme : 200gm
Liquid enzyme : 150gm
Time : 25min
Temperature : 450c

Procedure:
A lot size of five kg garments was considered. Water was added at the charge per unit of measurement of 1:5 liquor ratio i.e. 25 kg water.

At start the machine was started running.
Acetic acid was added.
Antistant was added.
Powder enzyme was added.
Then liquid enzyme was added.
The procedure was continued for 25 min at a temperature of 450c.
Then the liquor was dropped

Step 3: Hydro extraction
After driblet the liquor, the manus whicker launder garments turned to Hydro extractor machine to take excessive H2O from the garments

Step 4: Drying
After hydro extraction the garments were turned to drying machine for amend drying. This procedure continued for xv minutes.

Step 5: Hand whickering
After washing the garments was placed on a pattern (It is a pattern made past times using wire/pipe on a wooden board) too thence brush it alongside emery newspaper past times hand.

Step 6: Normal wash
It was done past times normal H2O for five minutes

Step 7: Hydro extraction
After driblet the liquor, the manus whicker launder garments turned to Hydro extractor machine to take excessive H2O from the garments

Step 8: Drying
After hydro extraction the garments were turned to drying machine for amend drying. This procedure continued for xv minutes.

4.3.7 Pattern whicker:
Pattern whickering is a type of launder where afterwards washing, the garment was placed on a pattern (It is a pattern made past times using prophylactic pattern) too thence sand blasting is done inward the pattern surface area using sand gun
