By Jeannette Ordas of Everybody likes Sandwiches

It's spring! Though I honor it difficult to believe out hither where we've been greeted amongst rain, hail, snowfall as well as sunshine....sometimes all inwards the same day. How I long for outdoor patios as well as flip flops as well as beach picnics! But that's coming soon, right? And if you're inwards the other one-half of the country, the weather condition must last brilliant. Trust us, we're jealous.

I decided to whip upward some colourful sunshine inwards a bowl. I'm calling this a sunshine citrus slaw because it's chock amount of colour, citrus juice as well as it can't assistance but brand me grin. Yes, I grinning at coleslaw. Nothing incorrect amongst that.

The truth is, I've been pretty much making this salad every distich of days. My hubby as well as I consume it upward happily as well as we're non sick of it yet. I've made this amongst only lemon juice. No garlic. All, as delicious.

His version includes raisins as well as pepitas as a topping. Mine, feta. And pepitas. And raisins. I similar it all.
