ALMOND BUTTER BLACKBERRY JAM THUMBPRINT COOKIES
Ingredients:
1 loving cup of almond butter
1/2 loving cup of pure maple syrup
1/4 loving cup vegetable fossil oil (I used canola)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of whole spelt flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Make it!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. This recipes yields almost 1.5 dozen cookies!
1. In a medium bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, fossil oil too vanilla extract until well-mixed.
2. In roughly other medium bowl, sift the spelt flour too salt.
3. Add the dry out ingredients to the wet, too mix until nicely combined.
4. Using a pocket-size H2O ice cream scoop or your hands, dole out the batter into 1.5 inch balls on parchment-paper covered baking sheets.
