Continuous Fusing Press Machine:
It is the well-nigh mutual fusing machine used inward the garments manufacturing industries. Garment gene together with interlining are showtime placed on the revolving feed sail of the continuous fusing machine. The revolving feed sail caries the components inward the fusing chamber, where the components are transferred to roughly other revolving apartment sheet. The fusing sleeping room maintains the required fusing temperature. Then the components transcend through a brace of pressure level rollers, where fusing pressure level is maintained past times the speed of the revolving sail of the fusing chamber. Then the fused components are transferred to the revolving delivery sheet. Features of Continuous Fusing Machine:
  1. The machine consists of a fusing sleeping room amongst continuous belt or feed sheet.

Working Principle:
  1. In this machine, interlining is placed betwixt 2 layers of the cloth together with passed to the fusing chamber.
  2. In fusing chamber, the required oestrus together with pressures are applied.
  3. Direct heating or indirect heating are applied for heating the interlining.
  4. After heating, required pressure level are applied past times 2 pressure level rollers.
  5. The fusing fourth dimension is controlled past times controlling the speed of feed sheet.
  6. hen the cloth is taken out from the fusing chamber.
Advantages:
  • Mostly used inward country.
  • Higher production.
  • Good character fusing.
  • Very suitable for pile cloth using.
  • No possibility of cloth shrinkage.
Disadvantages:
  • High cost.
  • Large infinite required.
  • Different bond forcefulness of fused parts.
Uses/Application:
  • For the woven/knitted fabrics fusing
  • Fusing for the whole coil of cloth together with interline.
