Add bleaching pulverization =10gm/L
Add soda ash = 5gm/L
Temp = 60oc
Time = 12-15min
Drop the liquor
Rinse twice, each iii times.

3rd pace :( neutralization)
M: L = 1:8
Add sodium sulphite = 3gm/l
Temperature =40oc
Time = 10-15 min
Drop the liquor
Rinse in ane lawsuit

4th step:(softening)
M: L =1:8
Add acetic acid =0.6gm/l
Add softener = 1gm/l
Time =5 min
Drop the liquor
Unload the garments

5th step: (hydro extractor)
Machine R.P.M =700-900
Time =2-5 min

6th step: (drying)
Temperature =60octo 70oc
Time = 40-50 min for hot launder
10-15 min for mutual depression temperature launder
