A Wintertime Vacation Tablescape

This past times weekend nosotros created a tablescape for a winter's vacation breakfast gathering using products from the Root's General Store, a collection of quintessentially Canadian products perfect for vacation gift-giving. We created a festive centrepiece using evergreen boughs together with winterberries. We loved how the evergreens contrasted amongst the white of the tabular array together with the blood-red of their Buffalo Tea Towels (which nosotros adore past times the way). We attached the evergreens to a bare branch nosotros works life inwards the backyard. We layered the evergreen boughs amongst the cedar boughs together with winterberries, wrapping wire simply about them every bit nosotros went—creating symmetry from each destination until they met at the centre; where nosotros attached iii pinecones. It smelled amazing!
There's something cozy nearly surrounding yourself amongst the warmth of candles for a meal, together with their natural soy wax Maple Scented Candles crackled similar a campfire when lit (and made the household olfactory belongings of maple cookies when you lot entered).
The box of Maple Chocolate Truffles didn't lastly long, but made for a pretty identify setting together with takeaway for our guests. Buffalo Tea Towels doubled every bit rather cool napkins.
We complimented the Buffalo tea towels amongst their other tea towel design, reminiscent of a cozy knit sock (like their Knit Kit Scarf nosotros posted nearly lastly week)!
H5N1 piffling mulled hot apple tree cider bar amongst treats! Our recipe? On the stove acme estrus four cups of apple tree juice, 3 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 an orangish sliced for approx. twenty minutes. Also shown: Mason Jar Mugs, Maple Chocolate Truffles, Salted Caramel Popcorn, Maple Syrup Candles together with adorable Holiday Tree Ornaments (that totally reminded us of sock monkeys)!
Other products on the tabular array were their Maple Syrup (in drinking glass maple leafage bottles) together with Ontario Strawberry & Rhubarb spread amongst cranberries. So good!
The tabular array simply earlier our guests arrived. We couldn't await to entertain!
As an option, nosotros too tried our tabular array using tea towels doubled every bit mini tabular array runners. We loved how they popped out on this photo.
