    (recipe adapted from Emeril Lagasse)
    1 loving cup heavy cream
    1 loving cup one-half & one-half (10% cream)
    2 cups whole milk
    1/2 loving cup sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 vanilla edible bean pod, seeds scraped & pods saved for about other use
    pinch of salt

    In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until carbohydrate dissolves. Pour into your H2O ice cream maker as well as freeze according to manufactures instructions. Move to an airtight container until ready to serve.
