COLOR FASTNESS PROPERTIES OF NATURAL DYES
Colour fastness is the resistance of a stuff to modify inward whatever of its color characteristics or extent of transfer of its colorants to following white materials inward touching on or both for different environmental in addition to job weather condition or treatments similar washing, dry out cleaning etc. or exposure to different agency heat, lite etc. Fading agency changes inward the color amongst or without loss of depth of shade for exposure to detail environment/agency/treatments either past times lightening or darkening of the shades. WASH-FASTNESS
The dyed samples were washed inward the Launder o meter Laboratory apparatus according to EN ISO 105-C06 standard. COLOUR MEASUREMENTS
CIE L*a*b* color values in addition to reflectance (R) of samples were measured using a reflectance spectrophotometer Spectra flash 600 PLUS-CT (Data colour).From the CIE L*a*b* color values, color differences were calculated according to equation 1:
Where ∆L* is the lightness difference, ∆a* is the red/ greenish departure in addition to Δb* is the yellow/blue departure betwixt touchstone in addition to batch. From the reflectance measurements, K/S values were calculated according to equation 2:

CONCLUSION
Based upon the resultant of color fastness on moisture rubbing in addition to dry out rubbing, light fastness in addition to wash fastness, this dye tin give the axe move applied for domicile furnishing in addition to kids garments, fabrics such every bit covert cloth, bed covers, pillow covers in addition to curtains.
