Ring spinning:

Spinning process is done yesteryear machine called band frame. It converts the bobbin into a yarn. The bobbin taken from the previous procedure wing frame is mounted on ring frame either automatically or manually. The band frame stretches the textile using a drafting 2s together with 140s. Advantages:

Zones inwards Ring Frame:

Automatic roving transfer:

Drafting System:
