INGREDIENTS
1 bunch (70g) Dry Ramen Noodles (Hakubaku brand
used inwards class)
½ loving cup (60g) Spinach, Chard or Kale
1/3 loving cup (40g) Crunchy textured vegetable (Kohlrabi,
Carrots or Daikon Radish)
1 tbsp Cilantro, roughly chopped
For Garnish
1 tbsp Roasted Almonds, ground
1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
two tbsp Green Onions, chopped
1 pinch Radish Sprouts
8-10 sparse slices, Radish
For Sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Tahini
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sriracha (add to a greater extent than for extra spicy)
½ tsp Ginger, grated
Optional Protein
½ loving cup (60g) Smoked Tofu, cutting into matchsticks or
cubes or
½ loving cup (60g) Roasted Boneless Chicken Breast or
Thigh, pulled or sliced thinly
