Quinoa, Green Bean & Tomato Salad

1 bell pepper (any colour), inwards 1-inch dice

1/2 loving cup approximately chopped fresh basil
3/4 tsp salt
two Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
two Tbsp fresh lemon juice
three Tbsp toasted pecans
