Green Salad Amongst Beets, Carrots & Apple Tree Amongst Pinkish Vinaigrette

1 caput of lettuce, washed & torn (Romaine or mixed greens)
1 carrot, julienned

1 apple, sliced thinly
1-2 greenish onions, sliced thinly
1 handful each of toasted pecans & pepitas
Add the lettuce into a large bowl in addition to layer the remaining iv ingredients over top. Sprinkle alongside pecans in addition to pepitas.
Pink Vinaigrette
1 heaping teaspoon dijon mustard
1 heaping teaspoon cherry jam (though raspberry would hold upwards overnice too)
juice of 1/2 an orange
1/4 loving cup apple tree cider vinegar
1/4 loving cup olive or canola oil
pinch of common salt & a skillful grind of dark pepper
Pour all vinaigrette ingredients into a minor lidded jolt in addition to shake, shake, milkshake until completely mixed.
Pour over salad in addition to toss. Serves two to 4.
