This past times calendar week nosotros were inspired past times our friendly neighborhood store together with workshop place, Collage Collage's fun mobile projection they posted on Instagram. I asked possessor Erin Bonifero if she's hold upwards interested inward sharing the projection on hither on ! This mobile projection is something they create at their Crafternoon Camps they are asset this summertime at their Main Street shop hither inward Vancouver which anyone is welcome to sign upwards together with join if you lot occur to hold upwards inward the Vancouver area. DIY Wooden Mobiles

—Approx nine or to a greater extent than unlike cutting or flake pieces of woods (some larger, merely about smaller) ranging anywhere from 1" high (2.5 cm) to 12" high (30 cm) —both approx. 1" thick.
—eye hooks (1 for each mobile)
—bright coloured arts and crafts paints
—paint brush

Instructions
We were inspired past times Bruno Munari together with his amazing works life object sculptures. We came across a unproblematic painted slice of wood; together with adapted it to best suit our 5-9yr former students. Under Russell Leng's guidance the campers painted blocks of woods (a unlike colouring fabric or designing on each side) together with and hence stacked them to brand a composition. We added an oculus claw to the transcend + strung them up, spinning them to come across what happened to the colours equally they move. (See images below).
While nosotros don't offering a kit for this projection nevertheless - it IS something we're doing at our Crafternoon Art Camps this summer. So Vancouver families can sign upwards together with bring together us.
