Faux Flooring Carpet Diy

Today we're excited to percentage a projection from Amy Anderson's (author of Mod Podge Rocks together with Washi Tape Crafts) novel book, Washi Tape Crafts, 110 Ways to Decorate Just About Anything published past times Workman.

Faux Floor Rug
Supplies
Concrete (or other uncoated) floor
Measuring Tape
Pencil

1. Measure a 2' x 3' rectangle on the floor. Use the pencil to grade the corners.

2. Grab an entire curl of washi record (a lighter or white shade is best) together with initiative off unrolling it, from ane corner to the following next corner, creating ane side of the rectangle. Press it to the floor.

3. Continue roughly the rectangle, laying downwards the remaining iii sides. Overlap the record where the strips intersect.

Note:  This projection is best done on a concrete flooring or other uncoated surface, since washi record doesn't stick rattling good to vinyl or laminate without a sealant.
